Within the first 30 days of purchase returns can be made for a full refund, exchange or merchandise credit. Our shipping charges are not refundable; unless it was damaged during the shipping process. In this case we will pay for return shipping and have the product fixed free of charge.
No returns can or will be accepted without prior authorization from our Returns Department. To request a Return Authorization Number for any of our warranty covered products please call us at (213) 663-1031. Once you have received your Return Authorization Number please send the package with a copy of your invoice along with it. If you do not we will refuse the package. The product MUST be shipped double-boxed via UPS Freight. When shipped the item must be ‘new’ or ‘like new’, if it is damaged by you before or during shipping back to us we will refuse the product.
All products must be shipped with their accessories, manuals, etc that it came with. If it is not, we will send the product back and charge you shipping for sending it back to you. When we receive it we will repair it and ship it back to you in the same condition as we received it.
However if you are simply unhappy with the product or didn’t not read about what you were ordering no refund will be given. We will be happy to exchange the product for you, charging you return shipping from you and to you, crediting you the price of the product you bought and charging you the difference for the new product you wish to exchange it for. |
